2. Services
Kylee Nail Spa provides nail care and related beauty services. Service availability, pricing, and duration may vary. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Appointments & Booking
3.1 Online Booking
When you book an appointment online, you agree to provide accurate contact information including a valid phone number for appointment communications.
3.2 Confirmation
You will receive an SMS confirmation upon booking. Please verify the appointment details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges
3.4 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify the services to fit the remaining time slot.
4. SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following:
- Message Types: You will receive transactional SMS messages including phone verification codes, appointment confirmations, reminders, check-in updates, and service notifications. If you separately opt in, you may also receive marketing SMS messages about promotions and special offers.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and marketing opt-in status. Typically 2-6 transactional messages per appointment.
- Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are solely responsible for any charges.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or visiting our unsubscribe page.
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept the payment methods displayed at the salon or made available during checkout
- Prices displayed are before applicable taxes
- Gratuity is not included in service prices
6. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards do not expire
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Gift cards can only be used at Kylee Nail Spa
7. Health and Safety
For everyone's safety, please inform us of any:
- Allergies or sensitivities to products
- Medical conditions that may affect services
- Pregnancy (some services may need modification)
- Current skin conditions or infections
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
8. Liability Limitations

- We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the salon
- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Nail & Foot Service Consent and Liability Waiver
By receiving or paying for services at Kylee Nail Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
9.1 Acknowledgment of Risks
Nail and foot care services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, dip powders, artificial nails, trimming, filing, and cuticle work, involve inherent risks. Possible risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to products or chemicals
- Skin irritation, redness, abrasions, nail lifting, cracking, weakening, or breakage
- Infections or fungal conditions
- Aggravation of pre-existing medical or skin conditions
- Discomfort or injury to nails, skin, feet, or toes
While Kylee Nail Spa follows sanitation and safety procedures, no service can guarantee the prevention of all reactions, infections, or medical complications.
9.2 Client Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for informing salon staff of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, infections, diabetes, circulation issues, open wounds, or other conditions that may affect services.Kylee Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a condition is believed to pose a health or safety risk.
9.3 Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By choosing to receive services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with nail and foot treatments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Kylee Nail Spa, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, infections, injuries, medical complications, nail damage, foot conditions, or other issues that may arise during or after services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
9.4 Medical Attention
If you experience pain, swelling, irritation, infection, or other abnormal symptoms following a service, you should seek appropriate medical attention promptly.
9.5 Acceptance of Service Terms
By booking an appointment, entering the salon, receiving services, and/or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Consent and Liability Waiver. All service sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
